"My wife and I owned an old 1969 Cherokee runabout, for several years. The boat developed a leak which was to expensive to fix.
We headed to the Eastern Sport Show in Harrisburg at the Farm show arena, and decided to take a look.
Our situation was a bit different that most, our boat was scrap, but our motor was in good shape. We talked with all of the dealers there, and explained that we needed a boat and trailer but not a motor.
Most were not to keen on that idea, and those that were, the price was prohibitive. We came across, Halls Marine, and I spoke with Chad, who listened, and told me that he would be able to work with me.
He did, he came in with the best price at the show, and I was able to get everything I wanted in a boat. He gave me a price at the show, and that price remained in stone when we signed the contract.
His staff was very nice and friendly, I felt very at ease there. Mike his mechanic went over the whole boat, and gave me tips, and good info on prop pitch. It was a very enjoyable afternoon. I wish buying a car good be this much fun.
I have to tell you that as far as I am concerned. Chad is one of the nicest and sincere Marina owner I have ever met. My wife and I give him and his staff an A+
